70K mileage. Engine & transmission perform well – I have driven this coach less than 200 miles since purchased in the spring of this year.

Most of the pneumatic equipment was removed from the original air leveling system. Firestone air bags are kept at around 70 psi.

Original dash and gauge cluster. fuel & temp gauge are inopt, after-market temp gauge installed, in-dash ac blows warm.

Electrical: functioning with newer engine and coach batteries. Onan generator was removed. Original 30 amp converter and house wiring working.

Roof will require the usual maintenance.

Interior very clean. All upholstery clean & well cared for. Wood plank flooring installed. Newer headliner and sidewalls show well for the age.

Water supply in working condition. Hot water heater needs replacing.

Furnace unknown.

Fridge\Freezer gets cold.

Original roof AC blows cold.

Original propane tank was removed a portable 20 gal tank is installed in the Onan area.

Bathroom has working water supply at the sink and shower. Full bath floor plan. Toilet fills and flushes. Condition of the holding tank is not known.

This gmc was struck by a car while sitting in my yard. It was hit in the left rear during a snow storm.

It has been sitting outdoors for a long time. The engine was run on occasion with an outboard tank.

It had no working brakes the last time I tried to drive it. The interior is stock except for the carpeting.

I am trying to find it a good home!

Classic 23 foot 73 GMC Motorhome. Air ride suspension, front wheel drive, Olds Tornado Engine. I purchased in 2014 and at that time it had 5,000 miles.on a rebuilt engine. There are very few 23 ft left. Very good condition everything works. Added a microwave. Dedicated solar and inverter for TV, Starlink etc. I am the 3rd owner. I have all the receipts, manuals magazines, service manuals from when it was new. The whole interior was redone 3 years ago. Tires in good shape 141,000 miles, no broken glass, Onan generator works. To many upgrades to list. You can get in this coach and drive it anywhere you want to go.

I have all the receipts from both the previous owners as well as myself. There are folders and books full! I have so much information. Off the top of my head we changed the radiator, new water tank. Dropped gas tanks and redid hoses. The tanks looked perfect, new tires 4 years ago. New upholstery, very nice mattress, electronic ignition, plugs and wires, clutch fan, converted to spade fuses, solar and power inverter, led light thought out. Rebuilt carburetor new electronic fuel pump as a back up. New front wheel bearings. The original pump works fine. Had the dash air reconditioned and it works. Receiver hitch front and back, wired for trailer. All the glass is great with no leaks. There’s so much more.

We just took her on a 700 mile trip and she putted like a kitten.

It’s my baby and I hate to see it go but life changes. Serious inquiries only. Message me for more information. Vin # TZE033V101109
