1978 GMC Royale 26′, 403 V8, Complete engine rebuild 2018 before I bought it in April, 2019 in Pittsburgh PA. 25,000 since engine rebuild, uses no oil and oil is changed between three and four thousand miles.

Complete Manny’s transmission rebuild including rebuild of final drive with 3.42 gears and Springfield ignition.

Work from 2019 – 2025:

Front end work including alignment, New shocks, rebuilt steering box, recharge engine driven AC with dura cool, new fan clutch, new belts, rebuilt carb by Sirum GMC in Okeechobee FL, new hot water heater, both gas and 110 electric, new 19 gallon black water tank with macerator pump, fuel tanks removed, cleaned, rebuilt sending units installed, all new fuel lines, tanks primed & painted, electric fuel pump & line filter, all new rear brake hardware and cylinders, all new E brake cables, 7 new INO aluminum wheels, 7 new 225/75 R -16 tires dates 3/10/20 and 3/25/21, motorhome stored inside since April 2019.

Hard wired back-up and full time rear camera, new metal ceiling with LED lights, cedar wood wall in closet, new large fantastic fan in rear bath, almost new memory foam mattresses, new air pump for air bags, with many more improvements.
