Selling due to recent changes. Purchased locally in the spring of this year. Serious inquiries only. VIN: TZE 368 V 101866 70K mileage. Engine & transmission perform well – I have driven this coach less than 200 miles since purchased in the spring of this year. Exterior is in very good condition including all the glass, body panels, trim and chrome. Shows very well for its age. Widows will eventually require new seals. Broken lower hinge on door but surprisingly closes and opens without much difficulty. Full tire tread. Newer front and rear shocks. The complete condition\history of the suspension is unknown but working. Most of the pneumatic equipment was removed from the original air leveling system. Firestone air bags are kept at around 70 psi. Original dash and gauge cluster. fuel & temp gauge are inopt, after-market temp gauge installed, in-dash ac blows warm. Electrical: functioning with newer engine and coach batteries. Onan generator was removed. Original 30 amp converter and house wiring working. Roof will require the usual maintenance. Interior very clean. All upholstery clean & well cared for. Wood plank flooring installed. Newer headliner and sidewalls show well for the age. Water supply in working condition. Hot water heater needs replacing. Furnace unknown. Fridge\Freezer gets cold. Original roof AC blows cold. Original propane tank was removed a portable 20 gal tank is installed in the Onan area. Bathroom has working water supply at the sink and shower. Full bath floor plan. Toilet fills and flushes. Condition of the holding tank is not known. Floor plan; rear two extra long twin beds. Original 30 amp converter and fuses located center of rear window between the beds. Kitchen counter was replaced, stove removed. All Coachmen cabinetry is in superior condition. Located in Evergreen, CO Ready to go - Drive it away and start camping. 403 engine, the rig is mechanically sound. 55,400 original miles, had 46k when I purchased it May 2021. Drove it from Colorado to South Dakota to Minneapolis and back. Several trips to SD. Another trip from CO to New Mexico, Mexico, Arizona and back. Several short trips around CO. Registration is current. Selling because I purchased another one a little further along in restoration and up grades. Recent upgrades or parts replacements: All seven tires 16.5 Firestone Transforce. All six shocks plus steering dampener. Two 12v deep cycle house batteries. Electric fuel pump. Two rear wheel bearings, a brake cylinder, greased all rears AC fan clutch Cleaned wiper motor screen Replaced driver side upper and lower ball joints. Replaced all exterior lights with LEDs except license plate lamp. Headlights are LED with halo and parking (white) and turn signal (amber) function. All interior lights are LED including the dash. New MAXair fan New spark plug wires New vacuum hoses Recent air cleaner 50 amp shore power service. Both roof ACs work good, blows cold. Front grill and head lamp bezels expertly repaired. Blue Sea cutoff switch to chassis battery installed, other fuses added. New Viair 380 compressor, now powered by the house battery. Cleaned water tank and new water pump. Plumbing needs work. There are water leaks in piping that needs to be addressed. Pressurized water connection replaced. Wired rear/front view mirror camera TPMS - tire pressure monitor system Stock radial rated 16.5 wheels cleaned and painted, all hub caps are present and in good shape. Mufflers replaced with custom bent pipes, Magnaflow stainless turbo muffler mounted in the rear. Has passenger side ZipDee awning, in great shape. Newer ceramic tile counter top with two burner flat top cooker, microwave installed below counter. Linoleum sheet flooring. Thick memory foam topper on full size rear bed. Overhead cabs have upgraded hinges. Side couch and fold-up bunk removed, need furniture or your choice. Still have the base, but will need to be shortened because the new cab/counter was built five inches wider. Has original side dinette and table (table needs to have cleat installed). Could use upholstery covers. Needs new refrigerator or maintenance of existing. Needs roof drip rails sealed. Does has some roof leaks. Suburban furnace and propane system is untested. Power steering gear box has a seal leak. Dash AC not working but all there. Original style air bags, has spare bag, and aluminum cones. Windshield has a crack lower driver side hidden below the dash (not obstructive or growing). Some lower perimeter fogging is present. Generator shows 411 hours. It should run, I have not worked on it.

Mileage on coach shown at the time of this ad is 106,000 Miles. The exterior of the coach is in good condition. The coach appears to have never had any accident damage. All the lower fiberglass panels are nice with no evidence of any damage or repair. The aluminum shell and aluminum exterior skin are in nice condition with no hail damage. The coach has had one repaint. The exterior paint is in usable condition, however certainly not perfect by any measure. The passenger side windshield is foggy on the several edges, clear otherwise with no cracks. The driver’s side windshield is cracked. INCLUDED WITH THIS COACH IS A BRAND-NEW driver’s side windshield waiting to be installed by you the new owner. This new driver’s side windshield costs over $1,000 delivered if you had to purchase one yourself. There are 2 Zip Dee awnings on the coach. One on the driver’s and one on the passenger side of the coach. There is a factory storage container on the roof of the coach. INCLUDED with the coach are 6 new Red LED roof marker lights and 6 new Yellow LED roof marker lights that have not been installed. There is a Carrier Air V air conditioner on the roof. A spare tire, wheel and hard tire cover on are the rear of the coach. Front and rear bumpers are original. The coach door opens and closes properly with the original working door lock with key. All 6 tires are matching Linglong brand 225/75-16 tires in excellent condition mounted on Eagle brand Aluminum alloy wheels. Mechanically the 455 Oldsmobile engine runs great and starts easily. The engine remains mostly stock with the addition of Doug Thorley Tri Y headers. The transmission shifts properly. The full under coach exhaust system is in excellent condition. The brakes are fair at best with upgrades stainless steel braided rear brake hoses. The rear single air bags have been replaced/upgraded in nice condition with exterior air fill valves if needed. The original air cleaner is present along with most everything else that is attached to the engine. The original engine cover is in nice condition. The original GMC air bag pump and controls are still present on the coach. There is a rear mounted receiver hitch on the coach. The vacuum windshield wipers work properly with the coach showing 18+ inches of vacuum on the gauge when running. The fuel gauge does not work properly. The tilt steering mechanism is tight. The speedometer and other gauges work properly. The factory Air Conditioning is complete however it does not blow cold. The factory SPID sticker is attached to the glove box door. The Onan 4K generator is complete and tries to start however I have not had it running. The generator controls show 615 hours on the Onan generator. All the holding tanks and discharges valves are complete, however I have not used any of them to determine how well work or if they work at all. The interior of the coach is very original and in good condition. The dashboard is complete and not cracked like most are. All the gauges and controls are complete. The original leather front seats are complete and not torn or ripped. The front carpet in the front is in good condition. All the original Coachman solid wood cabinets are complete and in excellent condition. The original cooktop and refrigerator are complete. The original sofa is nice and includes the original table and other items underneath the sofa. The rear side seat/beds are in nice condition. The original wiring and breaker box are complete. All the original and Birchhaven unique wood trim around all the side windows is complete. The rear bathroom is complete with the original toilet, sink/cabinet and bathtub all in excellent condition. The rear bathroom heater is complete along with the original bathroom sliding door. The rear window Venetian blind is complete and in good condition. The cedar lined rear closet is complete.
