Story:
This GMC Eleganza has a story that deserves to be shared.

We purchased it from an 80-year-old gentleman who was nearing the end of his life. More than anything, his wish was for it to go to someone who would truly love, appreciate, and care for it the way he had. He knew my dad owns an RV repair shop, and that gave him peace of mind knowing it would continue to be properly maintained and respected.

He owned this coach for over 15 years and absolutely cherished it. Alongside his wife, they made countless memories traveling to San Francisco and spending summers camping in Osoyoos, enjoying the mountains, the lakes, and the simple joy of the open road. He babied this motorhome, kept up with yearly maintenance, completed many thoughtful upgrades, and took exceptional pride in its care. During his ownership, numerous modern upgrades were added to improve comfort, reliability, and usability while still preserving the timeless character that makes the GMC Eleganza so special. Before him, it had belonged to an owner from Alberta, making him either the second or third owner.

Since owning it, my partner and I have enjoyed exploring the Okanagan together, taking it throughout Kelowna, Penticton, Osoyoos, and beyond. Everywhere we went, it turned heads. People would wave, stop to ask questions, or share their own memories of these iconic GMC motorhomes. We've also discovered what an incredible community surrounds these coaches—a group of passionate, supportive owners who genuinely love keeping these classics on the road.

The only reason we're selling is that our adventures have shifted toward off-road camping, and this beautiful coach was built for a different style of travel. It deserves to keep doing what it was made for: cruising scenic highways, camping by lakes, and creating unforgettable memories.

More than anything, we hope it finds another owner who will appreciate its history, continue to care for it, and keep its legacy alive for many years to come.
