Mechanical & Exterior:
In 2021, the vehicle underwent a complete 455 engine and transmission rebuild, suspension upgrade, and received new brakes on all six wheels--7 new tires installed. Custom exhaust by the Muffler Doctor in LA and has 15,709 miles on the rebuild. All windows and the exterior have been reseated and resealed. All mechanical and sealant work was performed by Cinnabar (GMC Motorhome Specialist); a full build list is included in the attached photos.

Interior & Amenities:
The interior was renovated in the fall of 2022 to restore its original 1977 feel. The original walnut veneer walls are in excellent shape, and all rotten panels were replaced with matching plywood, waterproofed, and stained. My wife also reupholstered the dining/bed and “gaucho” seating.

Appliances:
The original four-burner range, oven, refrigerator, and built-in blender (pitcher included) are all in working order.

Systems:
The Onan 4000w generator (1293 hours) was serviced in 2021 and runs great. The house water pump and tank are fully functional. The original roof AC blows cold. We have not used the furnace or water heater, opting instead for an electric ceramic heater. All electrical systems work as intended.

Points for Improvement:
- Paint: Has a natural patina.
- Cruise Control: Requires repair or an upgrade.
- 8-Track Player: Needs a new belt (original 1977 tapes are included).

History & Current Location:
I believe I am the third owner. The previous owner was an avid car collector who kept the coach in a temperature-controlled pole barn. I have documentation dating back to the 1980s, along with the original manuals for the coach and appliances.

The motorhome is currently stored indoors in a temperature-controlled facility in the Chicago area.
