Story:
This GMC Eleganza has a story that deserves to be shared.

We purchased it from an 80-year-old gentleman who was nearing the end of his life. More than anything, his wish was for it to go to someone who would truly love, appreciate, and care for it the way he had. He knew my dad owns an RV repair shop, and that gave him peace of mind knowing it would continue to be properly maintained and respected.

He owned this coach for over 15 years and absolutely cherished it. Alongside his wife, they made countless memories traveling to San Francisco and spending summers camping in Osoyoos, enjoying the mountains, the lakes, and the simple joy of the open road. He babied this motorhome, kept up with yearly maintenance, completed many thoughtful upgrades, and took exceptional pride in its care. During his ownership, numerous modern upgrades were added to improve comfort, reliability, and usability while still preserving the timeless character that makes the GMC Eleganza so special. Before him, it had belonged to an owner from Alberta, making him either the second or third owner.

1977 Royale 26FT-rear bath

Selling due to recent changes. Purchased locally in the spring of this year. Serious inquiries only.

70K mileage. Engine & transmission perform well – I have driven this coach less than 200 miles since purchased in the spring of this year.

Exterior is in very good condition including all the glass, body panels, trim and chrome. Shows very well for its age.

Widows will eventually require new seals. Broken lower hinge on door but surprisingly closes and opens without much difficulty.

Full tire tread. Newer front and rear shocks. The complete condition\history of the suspension is unknown but working.

Most of the pneumatic equipment was removed from the original air leveling system. Firestone air bags are kept at around 70 psi.

Original dash and gauge cluster. fuel & temp gauge are inopt, after-market temp gauge installed, in-dash ac blows warm.

Electrical: functioning with newer engine and coach batteries. Onan generator was removed. Original 30 amp converter and house wiring working.

Roof will require the usual maintenance.

Interior very clean. All upholstery clean & well cared for. Wood plank flooring installed. Newer headliner and sidewalls show well for the age.

Water supply in working condition. Hot water heater needs replacing.

Furnace unknown.

Fridge\Freezer gets cold.

Original roof AC blows cold.

Original propane tank was removed a portable 20 gal tank is installed in the Onan area.

Bathroom has working water supply at the sink and shower. Full bath floor plan. Toilet fills and flushes. Condition of the holding tank is not known.

Floor plan; rear two extra long twin beds. Original 30 amp converter and fuses located center of rear window between the beds.

Kitchen counter was replaced, stove removed. All Coachmen cabinetry is in superior condition.
